He felt her begin to kiss him back, he still couldn't believe this was happening. He felt light headed as everything around him began to fade as he returned the kiss with equal vigour. He slowly broke it off, already wanting to start again, and looked into her eyes, "That was...amazing..." He sighed as he rubbed the back of his neck, "Well, we can't say were just friends anymore can we?" He was suddenly feeling very embarassed as he blushed slightly.

Karei felt him pull away and opened her eyes, beginning to catch her breath as she just realized she had forgotten to breath. It felt so unreal to her, like a dream or something.
''I guess not.''
She replied, knowing that she was blushing, too.
''Can't say I'm complaining, though.''
Kar added with a soft chuckle.

"I'm not either." Darhin said smiling as he leaned over, cupping the side of her face and kissed her again, longer this time with more confidence. He ran one of his hands through her hair, enjoying the feeling of it between his fingers.

Karei smiled just slightly and kissed him back. She pulled away again, looking up at him with a smile.
''I...I love you, Darhin....''
She said beneath her breath, the words hushed in her whisper.

Love? His eyes widened when he heard her say that. But he knew by the look in her eyes that she believed what she said was true. Leaning towards her he whispered, "I love you too, Karei, with all my heart." He bent his head back and kissed her again, with much more passion. After they broke apart, he smiled happily, looking down he realized they had done all of this while they were still on the roof, "We better get down, its pretty dark out, I don't want either of us to fall."

A broad smile spread across her features. She suddenly felt overwhelmed with joy and kised him back with just as much passion.
''Yea, come on.''
She stood up, quickly dusting off her briches and heading over to the ladder.

He followed her down the ladder, and right as he reached the bottom he grabbed her shoulders and kissed her one last time, never getting enough of the feeling. Once he stumbled back into camp he sat down, and saw that Harind was staring at him, as if to ask him why he was grinning like a fool.

Karei smiled, blushing deeply. She followed him to the campsite and saw that Arai was lying down and looking at her expectantly. She blinked, then shook her head and chuckled. Looking up at Darhin and Harind she noticed the black steed was looking at him oddly.
''They're beginning to scare me.''
She said with a slight laugh, sitting down near the fire.

He laughed, "What took you so long? Harind started to scare me the moment I met him." As if he had understood him, at that exact moment Harind got up and snorted loudly at him, followed by pawing at the ground. He laughed as he caught Karei's eyes.

[Karei]

Karei laughed, shaking the hair out of her eyes.
''It was just until they began to stare at us.''
She replied with a smirk, watching them.

He laughed, "Maybe they know somethings different, they might have saw us on the roof." He scooted over toward her, "In that case we should give them a better show now that were on the ground don't ya think?" He smiled mischievously as he looked at her.

Karei blinked, feeling herself blush. For a moment she was unable to form words, though quickly regained herself and smirked.
''Whatcha have in mind?''
She asked, watching him.

"This," He said as he came over, took her by the shoulders and let her fall to the ground, on top of her, he began to kiss her deeply. Wrapping his arms around her waist once more. He broke off, looking into her eyes, "I could get use to this." He smiled as he looked down at her.

Karei let out a surprised gasp, which was cut off by his kiss. She kissed him back, smirking slightly. Kar wrapped her arms around him, leaning up and whispering in his ear,
''I think you're making Arai jealous.''
She said teasingly, glancing sideways at her steed who had his ears flicked back a few times. She chuckled, once more kissing Darhin passionately.

He kissed her back with as much passion as he could, and then slowly started trailing a few on her neck as his ran his hand through her hair, "I'll make it up to him, buy him some carrots next time were in town." He said as he stoped to go to kissing her lips, enjoying her fresh, minty taste.

Karei smiled, chuckling at his response. She cotninued to kiss him when their lips met, a melting feeling taking over her.
''I suppose that's fair.''
She replied, kissing him again.

He did not talk anymore as he let his impulses take over. Deepening the kiss and making it more passionate. He kissed as long as he could, savoring every moment, but he finally broke off when he needed to come up for air. He slowly got off her, a bit reluctantly acutally, as he laid down on the ground. Panting but unbelievably happy. He turned around to look into her eyes, geting lost in their depth.

Karei propped herself up on one elbow, turning slightly to face him. She smiled, her eyes lcoked with his. A bit shyly, she moved over so that she was lying next to him. Kar ignored Arai's snorting, only sparing the stud a slight glance and chucklign at his actions.

Darhin watched as she moved and laid down besides him. He was shocked, still getting use to their sudden change. But he wasn't complaining, smiling he laid down besides her. Content with the way things were. And wondering what exactly did the future have in store for them...what their future was...

A soft yawn escaped her. She closed her eyes slowly, feeling very tired from recent events. She opened her eyes again, turning her gaze skyward.
''What do you think will happen now?''
She asked quietly, resting her head back onto her arm.
