Her wings feeling a little better, the Raeyn nodded at Khorren, and then stretched them out as far as she could flapping them experimentally, she leapt into the air, pirhouetting and circling a few times before swooping down to pick up the girl.

"So how do you like flying"? She laughed as the wind swooshed through her hair. Flying higher and higher into the sky, she looked breathlessly down as the landscape before them grew smaller and smaller. Stopping to hover, she said, "You'll have to direct me. So we're going to Elidwen or Calamere first?"

Khorren did feel slightly nervous about the prospect of being carried by somebody who had just injured their wings the day before, but brushed the thought aside quickly, best not to think about it.
"I think.. North... I .. I think..." It suddenly occured to Khorren that she wasn't entirely sure of the city's location. "There are plenty of tall towers in Calamere, I'm sure we'll see them from the air if we keep flying?"

"Of course!" Laedra nodded, and set of in a Northerly direction, making sure to go at a steady pace.

Fields rolled away beneath them, and she breathed in happily. The sea air was gorgeous, but this open country air smelt just as good. The miles melted away before them, and before they knew it they were hovering over Elidwen.
