Hmmm...
Well, I have lots;
Klonoa 2; I really REALLY love this game - I have rented it SO many times, but have never been able to buy it T_T Not entirely sure what the genre is - puzzle.adventure/fantasy/rp probably XD
Drakan 2; A fantastic game. Fantasy/RP. You play a character called 'Rin' and you ride a dragon and defeat enemies and such. But it has great graphics and a brilliant storyline.
Tales of Symphonia; I'm about a third of the way through the game at the moment, I bought it a while ago, but I had all my exams and revision to do so I never got around to finishing it. It's another RPG. Again, spectacular graphics and a great storyline. The opening is just stunning O__O Adventure/RP. It has a final-fantasy-type fighting mode :3
Pokemon; the GB and GBA games were a work of genius. .. Although I think they've taken it too far now. It was one of the first video games I ever played. I don't really know what it is I like about it - I just, like it.
I like the original Mario games and Sonic the Hedgehog games too, things like that. They're timeless and great for playing with friends.
OH! And DDR Konami series. The first one I think (it's for PS1 but I play it on PS2). Its probably the only DDR game I like. And I LOVE it. Especially the Naoki songs :3 dance/interactive genre.

Here they are in order.
Legend of Zelda games; all of them. I've played a lot of them. I like them all. Genre: fantasy/actionadventure
Kindgom Hearts 1 and 2. When I first got Kingdom Hearts I thought it was going to be lame (Disney you know) but it turns out to be a awesome game! Genre: fantasy/ actionadventure/ scifi? (Not sure about the last one...)
Prince of Persia trilogy. Awesome games, with great grafics. Genre: fantasy/medieval/actionadventure.
Um...I have alot more, but these ones are my favorite.

MAPLE STORY!! Lolx. Final Fantasy-I'm actually a FF freak, but I don't have the time to play all the games  Kingdom Hearts-I agree with frozen. KH I, chain of memories and KH II are superb! Legend of Zelda:The Minish Cap-This is great. Loved the graphics and the gameplay. Too interesting to be put down. Pokemon- cute overload. Need I say more? Legend of Mana- a PS1 game (yes, I know I'm out of date) with my favourite 2D graphics. Eyecandy. I love 2D graphics, by the way, 3D is too...3D for me >< Legend of Eternia- This is also great. Five stars for gameplay, graphics, storyline, extras and side quests. Another PS1 game. edit- oops, forgot the genre. All are rpg-related. I usually play rpg related games. |

Ah! You've played legend of eternia TT___TT I want that so much *wails* ..although I haven't finished the games I have yet XD ((edit: What I really want to try is Tales of Legendia when that comes out in the UK  )) I regret that I've never really had the chance to play FF. I've seen the movies (not that I can remember the first one) and some of the animated series.. but everytime I get a change to play one of the games, something comes up. ;_; Unfair on a stick. Which reminds me actually; I forgot my online game *shockhorror* .. For some reason I didn't associate computer games with video games XD; Ragnarok Online - Definitely one of my favourite games You meet alot of like-minded people and it's fun to train up. You can be whatever you want to be and you can keep pets, talk to friends. It's hard to explain the brilliance XD It's an MMPORG. = <3 |

How far are you guys on it? I'm at the last boss on KH 2 and I got the Ultima weapon. Just gotta kill Spehroth now.

I really loved the original Warcraft games. And Age of Empires .. and Screamer (the racing game for 1995) .. heheh.

Final Fantasy X, X-2, and XII: I for one am an RPGer kinda guy and like to think and stuff. Plus, I just love the storylines on these things
Dead Rising: Zombies overrunning the world, classic. The surviviors and psychopaths make it even better! I hate adam though
Gears of War (ACTION, LOTS): BEST GAME EVER!!! Short though, only downfall. It's pretty direct too. But, the storylines awesome, the graphics and realism are sweet too. And insane is, well, insane!
Wizardry 8 (RPG): Old game, but hella expansive. THe possibilities might as well be infinite.
Kingdome Hearts Series: Maybe it's the aspect of development, maybe it's the cool actions you can execute, I don't know. But I like it.
Warlords (ALL): Best strategy ever in my eyes, lot's of maps, it's also got a nice dev system too.

There are many games I like. But I can make a list...
For single player...
1. Hack// GU
(Its does make you feel like you actually online, like a real story with real players, well kinda. Sadly it isn't. Hugely improved from the old series I could say.)
2. Ar Tonelico
(Even thou only like ps1 graphics. It really original the idea, and the emotion rocks too. I respected the game thou, still original even after so many ideas are taken already.)
3. Tales of Legendia
(This game is awesome, nice graphics, story and emotional keeps me going non stop till I reach the end. This game is just awesome for me even alot of people say Abyss is much improved. I say Legendia's the real legand.)
4. Dark Desription III
(Think I got the "Desription" wrong but kinda like that. Ps 1, the graphics or story or emotion indeed isn't near the top shape. But the originally is what I love most of this game, yet it lose that originally to create your own traps in the newer TrapT in Ps 2. What disappointment.)
5. Arc the Lad
(I love this game, played these at my childhood. Ps1 graphics abit less than Ar tonelico, but. I would never find another game as original like this. Hunter system is awesome. Sadly the NOW Arc the Lad really de-improve and lose the originality as well.)
Those games are legend, I say. Yet because I'm abit different from how most others like. I prefer Legendia more than Abyss. And all of those are so... emotionally realistic... Plus the idea of the story is so much more interest than oftenly find go around to new cities and such. Also I like original gameplay and combat systems too.
If not single player games...
Are not really favorites...
1. Warcraft 3 (Just battlenet, not WoW mostly I do DotA)
Non-others actually...
Ragnarok doesn't qualifiy as a too good online game I say. Theres quite lack of choices in weapons. And when I play that game mostly I only... hit, hit, hit, hit, sit... few minutes, hit, hit, hit, hit, sit. Gotten bored of it. I wish there are online games without levels. Resident Evil Outbreak Online, but this time its like one server and one huge city where many players can log on and just try to survive hodes of zombies in that city. A game without levels and random finding weapons and items would be to my liking.
I haven't tried games like Knight Online or WoW or Gulid Wars acutally. Wonder if they're any good.

i love ff7 i hate it how after u beat septhrioth u can't continue the game and the ff8 i hate wedge is a flippin soldier and so is biggs that game is messed up they had a perfect one call final fantasy7 they sure messed up ff8 also i hope fable 2 comes out in uk soon i think its in march 2008 or somthin anyone played on it if so tell me!

Lets see, All the Final Fantasies (never played 3  Also like the off series tactics, it entertained me lol Grand Theft Auto Vice City(what can I say) Total War series SupCom (Supreme Commander) Elder Scrolls 3 and 4 (played a little bit of arena before) City of Heroes(been forever though) Used to love the Sims 2 All Pro Football (just got it) Forza 2(only played a demo but cant wait to get it lol:) Overall just a bit of everything(or a lot) |
