I'm thinking about joining but I am not sure what kind of character to make (there are, after all, so many possibilities). Does the plot need a specific type of character- villain, noble, waif?

I'm (obviously) not the admin, but these boards are pretty free-form. I think it's pretty much anything goes! So your character could be anything you wanted  |

I agree with Arikain (again not admin) you can be anything you want to be. But just a warning, if you want to be an elemental, you have to pm the King first.
