Darhin saw her fall to sleep, and decided that it was a good idea. He bent his head back, so that it was resting atop hers, and drifted off to sleep to with a small smile on his face.

Karei awoke early the next morning and found herself in the same position she was in when she fell asleep. Then again there was little room to move around. She smiled softly, glancing up at him slightly. Despite the lack of windows she knew the sun was just rising and resltessness began to take over. Kar stirred a bit, trying carefully not to wake him.

She did, however as he woke up Darhin didn't mind, he smiled as he tilted his head to tenderly kiss her, pulling away he said, "Quite a nice thing to see when waking up." Staring at her face. He got up off the bed and picked up his sword which he had left in the corner of the room, "So where to now?"

((ooc: I just noticed you're always a hundred posts ahead of me...weird >>)) Kar smiled, blushing deeply as she sat up. ''Wherever the road goes.'' She replied, stretching and yawning as she climbed out of the bed. She put up her weapons in a routine fashion, looking over at him before she spoke. ''Let's find some breakfast first. I for one am starved.''

((That's because I did a hundred post before you showed up...))
He felt his own stomach rumble, and laughed, "Alright, know of any place to eat? I believe they serve food here, but I wouldn't touch it with a five feet long pole." Besides, the majority is alchol based products, and after seeing those men downstairs he practically vowed never to touch the stuff.

''Eat here?'' Karei scoffed, rolling her eyes. ''I'd rather eat horse dung. We could find another tavern or just do grab something out of the woods.'' She shrugged one shoulder carelessly, the 'I'm up for anything' expression on her face. She broke into a smile then. ''Let's just get out of this place first. Then decide.''

"Sounds good to me." he walked towards the door, opening and walking through, he kept it opened for her. And smile widely as she walked past. "I think we should try hunting out in the forest, the foods free there."

Kar grinned broadly, turning around as she walked so that she was facing him. ''Sounds like fun. You have a bow and arrow?'' She asked, one brow raised at him as she walked backwards (though using her hearing to avoid people and buildings).

"No, I usually just use my magic, why do you have a spare?" He suddenly looked over her shoulder, seeing the stairs behind her, remembering how unstable they were even with someoe walking normally "Uh, Karei..."

Kar blinked. ''Wha-eep!'' She tripped at the first step, though quickly caught herself. She stared down at the stair blankly for a moment, then back up at him. ''You're a life saver.'' She said, her voice plain so it was hard to tell whether she was being sarcastic or not. ''No, I don't have a spare. But how would water-oh...'' Kar paused, just figuring how he could use his magic. She rubbed the back of her neck sheepishly, turning around and walking down the stairs (now facing forward).

"Are you alright?" He asked, being sure she still had her footing, as they made it down the stairs he said, "I'll just use my magic then. You do have a bow don't you?" He asked, suddenly unsure, he had seen her use her swords and knives, but he never saw her with a bow...

''Yes, I do. I only use it for hunting, though. Never for battle.'' Kar explained with a half smile. ''And I'm fine, it was just a slip.'' She chuckled, shaking her bangs out of her eyes.

"Okay, lets go then..." He said smiling, but then realized he wasn't sure were exactly to go, "What do you think would be a better place to hunt, the forest or the plains?" He frowned, spending most of his years inside Calamere he wasn't really sure how to go about find animals to hunt...

''The forests. Mostly rodents run along the plains with the occasional deer. There is more chance of game in the forests.'' Karei smirked, glancing over her shoulder at him. ''Not to mention it's more fun in the forests.''

He wasn't exactly sure what she meant by it was more fun in the forest, but he figured he'll find out soon enough, "Alright, the forest it is," He smiled lightheartedly as they walked towards the towns limits. It was a relatively small town, but it still took them a bit to get to the edge of it. From this distance he could just barely make out the treetops.
((Lets continue in the Forest, and its your turn I think...))
