A swirling mass of sea, spray and foam, the ocean here seems to have a life of its own. One minute it is perfectly still, as if glass had ben layde flat on the surface, the next there will be spray flying about as a few waves tickle the feet of those on the beach, and the next it will be in a pit of fury, throwing itself about and hurling the ships that find themselves at its mercy. |

The massive star burning brillantly red could be seen all over the Golden Land as he crashed through the mountains and rushed into the ocean. The splash the followed was huge sending a tidal wave crashing into the beaches. The star burnt out in the water as it plunged into the depths. The lightening struck the water again and again, as the water boiled. Then everthing seemed to settle as the spirits danced over the water. Then without a warning a unhuman like roar echoed from the depths of the ocean a brillant blue and white light began to flash from the depths. Something was coming. Something was alive.

A large, playful grin spread across her features as the young girl and her stallion approached the ocean. Both had seen the ocean before, and she couldn't help but love it more each time. Karei made camp quickly and then she and arai raced toward the water quickly. For the rest of the day that was all she and Arai did: play in the ocean. Once the sun set she walked back up to their camp and sarted a quick fire. Arai rolled around on the ground to dry himself while Kar sat close to the flames, a blanket wrapped around her tightly. |

As a breeze blew over the sea a young girl name Karei rode her horse Arai and played in the ocean. Then as they settled down for the night and cooked her meal. The breeze came back in.
A spirit like form made entirely of the spirits walked up to the camp and locked eyes with Arai. The spirit smiled as he ran his hand through his white hair. He then looked down at Karei. She didn't even know he was there.
"Karei...." His voice was soft and distant.

Arai jumped slightly, his hooves skidding along the soft earth. He then looked at the spirit and snorted before calming himself. Karei, puzzled, stood up and walked over to the horse.
''What? What are you afraid of now?''
She asked, rubbing his neck soothingly. She reached up, rubbing her fingertips along the horse's brow and glanced around. Strange... She thought, brows furrowing since hse had an odd feeling. |

Cody could see that she didn't even know he was there so he reached down and touched her shoulder.
"Karei.. Its me Cody...." He tried to make his voice sound stronger and more confident. He knew though that he couldnt' stay in this form for long.

Karei quickly turned and her eyes widened.
''Cody?''
She echoed, wondering if she was crazy or if it was real. By Arai's actions she guessed real.
''What...how...?''
Kar couldn't really seem to form an actual sentence and soon gave up, clamping her mouth shut. |

Cody smiled as best as he could in this etheral form.
"Karei. I don't have long but I needed to come back and see you. I just wanted to say how much I miss you." He reached out hoping she might feel his hand as he brought it gently across her cheek.

Karei closed her eyes for a moment. She could feel his hand, but it was more like a lingering breeze rather than anything solid. Her hand reached up, lightly lying over his.
''I miss you, too.''
She replied, opening her eyes again and looking up at him. She couldn't help but feel a bit guilty still, even though it had been a while since he died and she and Darhin admitted their feelings. All the same she was glad that she could see Cody again. |

He could feel the power waning. His etheral form was falling apart.
"Be there when I return Karei." He smiled as he dissapeared. The last thing he did was run was grab onto her hand and hold it as tight as he could with this new form. Then he was gone. Again.
