Appearance: He is very handsome, and with adorable puppy-dog eyes he would give the impression of being a nice young lad. He wears long, dark blue/purple robes, with a white shirt girt with silver and black trousers worn underneath. He also wears dark cloth gloves. He has a roundish face, and a small nose with a wide-ish mouth.
Personality: Ooooh.... PERVERT!! He is such thourhg and through. the most commonly asked question on the streets of calamer is, "will you do me the honour of bearing my a child?" and this is all down to Rogan. However, it is not known to anyone but the man himself why he wants a child so badly. A wise joker, he is manly and amusing to be around.
Character History: He tends to roam the streets opreying on innocent young girls. From one girl to the next, he leaves his mark. They often leave marks in the form of a slap on him too. He goes by the title, "the honourable Earl Rogan", although if you were to speak to any other Noble they would probably laugh you out of the castle.
Magic: He is a Sorcerer, and carries a staff to amplify his power. He is quite adept in the ways of magic, and doesn't mind doing a few tricks if there's someone he wants to impress nearby...
Weapons: Although he pretends to be a fit young gentleman, bravely riding into battle and so on, in fact he barely knows what a sword looks like.
