((ooc: hope this is allowed...^^ don't know where else to continue the plot thing >> and bad title. shuttup.)) Karei halted Arai quickly, glaring at the large, rich building before her. Even as a child she hated it. Now she despised the manor with every fiber of her being. Why Uninah, the father of the man she was supposed to marry, killed her parents was a mystery. At the moment she wanted to find out nd most likely kill him. Her anger had grown so much it was pratically visible. Her once sea-blue eyes were iced over.
She dismounted, making sure her weapons were in their place, then advanced toward the rich home. Her eyes were locked on the entrance and she pushed both open. Servants paused to stop and look at her strangely but she was only looking for one person: Ralond Uninah.

Darhin wasn't sure why he was in Elidwen again, he had stumbled onto the town about two days prior, he had rested at a local inn, simply enjoying himself when he caught sight of Karei riding towards the more wealthy of the neighborhood, where all the richest people live. But what was more startling then the fact she was going there of all places, was the expression on her face, she looked ready to kill. He quickly mounted Harind and followed behind her, being sure to stay out of eyesight.

Karei heard someone approach on horseback, but ignored the person for now. She grabbed a young maid by the collar of her shirt. ''Where's Ralond?'' Kar growled murderously. The woman, unable to speak, pointed up the long, spiral staircase. That narrows it down. She thought, letting go of the maid and turning up the stairs.

Darhin's eyes widened, he had never seen Karei acted like that before. Something was wrong. Very wrong. He knew he had to find out what. He found the maid and quickly appologized to her and asked if she could take his horse to the stables, she did so and he quickly darted up the stairs behind Karei.

Karei heard someone coming up behind and whirled around, her dagger slipping from its sheath in her sleeve into her hand. By the time she had turned around completely she was holding the dagger at his neck. She seemed a bit surprised to see who had followed her, though the murderous look never left her features. ''What're you doing here?'' She managed to growl out, sheathing her small blade as she turned, making her way up the stairs again.

"I saw you in town and knew something was wrong, what's going on. Are you alright?" He asked following her up, he knew the question was a stupid one at best, for there was obviously something very wrong with her, but he was still concerned. And also curious, what is she doing here? And who was that man she was asking about earlier?

Darhin sped up his pace to keep up with her, his eyes had widen, "Your not...your not going to kill him...are you?" He was afraid of her answer and yet at the same time had to know, the way she was acting...it was unnerving. He had to make sure she didn't do anything she would later regret.

''I don't know, but it's a big possiblity.'' Karei growled, turning down the hall quickly. It seemed completely empty but she had to find the man.

He growled at that answer, having some what expect it, "Try to keep a level head in there Karei. I know what this man did to you was terrible, but let the authorites handle it...don't sink to his level." The last thing he wanted to see was Karei become a murder, no matter what her attentions or what state of mind she was in.

''Knowing him he'll buy off the damn authorities. And besides it was nine years ago! I doubt they would care.'' Kar growled and turned sidewyas, ramming her fist into the wall. Where the hell is he?

He saw the way she slammed her fist into the wall, startled he stepped back slightly, "Karei...please, just don't do it, just think about what your doing when you go in there...Can you do that atleast?" He knew she was hurt, and he understand how much she cared for her parents, he just hoped she would calm down a bit and think rationally. She was the one that made him realize what his brother was, how he had betrayed him, he was going to make sure to return the favor, give her a helping hand.

Karei shifted a glare at him. ''I am thinking. I said I might kill him. It depends on how much he pisses me off when I do find him. What I really want to know is why the hell he killed my parents.'' She withdrew her fist, rubbing her knuckles a bit and wiping the blood off. ''I just have to find him first.''

Now understanding he said, "I'll help you find him, but I hope you realize if you do try to kill him I will stop you." He didn't like that idea very much, but he said it to her anyways, "Lets seperate, it'll be easier to find him, I'll turn down that corridor if I find him I'll tell you telepathically." He said, thinking of the Amulet, and before she could agrue he darted down in the opposite direction.

Karei watched him leave and turned down the opposite way. She found ehrself moving up a second flight of stairs. This figures.[i/] She thought with another growl, rushing up the stairs quickly and turning down another hallway. She noticed the doors were open and headed to the first one, moving from one room to the next.

Did this building have to be so huge? He had already been in three rooms so far, and he hadn't seen the man once, he realized with a start that he didn't even know who he was suppose to be looking for, besides the fact that he was a man, he groaned. Great, just great. He really had to think things through better. He quickly went towards the next room, clearing his mind of the matter for now.

Karei stopped at the last room, which appeared to be a study, and noticed that there was a man inside. ''Ranold Uninah?'' She growled, unable to really recognize the man just yet.

She had found someone, he had been using the Amulet every minute or two to see if she had found the man yet. Apparently she had found someone, but he didn't know if it was Ralond or not. He finally decided to wait, see if she recognized him or not, and then make his way back over there.

(I'll do his post as darknessgrows, because all evil and all)
The Baron sighed as he glanced at another one of those damned documents. He had been reading them all day, he would quite like to have a break. Sudden snapping out of his thoughts he heard the sounds of footsteps, looking up he saw the siloutte of a young woman standing out the doorframe, Ralond stood up taking a slight bow, "Hello milady, is there anything I can do for you?" Looking back up he for the first time caught sight of the features of the woman, "Wait! Your her! What...what are you doing here..." He suddenly starte to panic, he had to get out of here...

((oh, that explains a lot ^^)) Karei narrowed her eyes, stepping forward. ''I'm sure you know why I'm here. You killed my parents, didn't you?'' She growled, her gaze locked on him like a predator's gaze locked on its prey.
