Orion nodded. He noticed Karei in the background leaning against the horse.
"Your knowledge of the lay of the land will be helpful though Dahrin, you will know who to avoid and who to trust if anyone. Karei will also be important as I believe she may have some skills that neither of us posses. No one knows her, and she won't stand out like we do." Orion smiled as he nodded towards Karei.

"But theres other people to consider too, theres Cien, a girl I know, whose a mind-mage. She can read her opponents thoughts, and be able to sense our enemies before they even come near. With her help we will never be taken by surprise or ambushed. Also there is many warriors in Calamere, all we have to do is ask around, find who is strong and try to convince them to help us. We can't just go the three of us...the more people there are the better chance we have."

Karei looked up in surprise when Orion motioned to her.
''I'm not sure if iI can be involved further than I already am...''
She murmered, her voice barely audible though still heard. Her gaze quickly shifted to the ground and a soft sigh escaped her. ((ooc: heh, no worries, gonna throw her in. just keepin her in character -pats Karei-charrie-)) |

Darhin stole a quick glance at her...if Karei wasn't going to go, he didn't want to either...but that meant leaving Orion to go by himself. He didn't like that idea. He just couldn't let a single person inflitrate their enemy base by himself. He felt uncomfortable about the situation, and asked Karei, "Are you sure? I know you can take care of yourself, but I don't like the idea of leaving Orion to fend for himself...are you sure you won't come with us?" He knew if she said no he wasn't going either, but he hoped she would come. His consience wouldn't allow him to do otherwise...

Karei hesitated. She stood up, brushing herself off.
''I'll think about it.''
She said with a partial smile, turning and walking off before either could respond. Arai sat up, watching ehr, then laid back down with a tired groan. |
